The 2021 British American Tobacco Half-Year report recorded revenue of GBP 12,175 million. So called “New Categories” (including Vapour, THP and Modern Oral) revenue is up by 50 percent at GBP 942 million. CEO Jack Bowles noted BBritish American Tobaccoadded 2.6 million consumers in this category. British American Tobacco's goal for “New Categories” is to reach a revenue target of GBP 5 billion by 2025. British American Tobacco’s combustible revenue is up by 5.8 percent from the same time last year. Combustible volume up 1.5 percent and grew in Bangladesh, Brazil, South Africa, Pakistan, and Vietnam. British American Tobacco is currently expecting constant currency revenue growth above 5 percent in 2021.
