The Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine fined four cigarette manufacturers and distributors, including Philip Morris, JTI Ukraine, Imperial Tobacco, British American Tobacco, as well as the Tedis-Ukraine distributor will appeal the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee for a fine of UAH 6.5 billion (USD 265 million).
